Purpose of this initiative
Claim submissions to Resolution Professional are in progress and we see still a significant number of home buyers have not yet submitted their claims. We are putting possible efforts to reach out to as many home buyers as possible, to create awareness about and help them submit their claims and answer their questions, if any, to the possible extent.
We believe this initiative helps home buyers and supplement the efforts put in by RP and AR.
FAQ – Frequently asked questions
How do I submit my claim
You will submit your by email to RP, under copy to AR. Refer to the attached documents for their mail IDs.
What is the last date for claim submission.
It is overdue, kindly submit immediately.
I paid part amount in cash to the builder, I don’t have receipts with me
Submit your claim to RP detailing all your payments. RP will scrutinise and admit as appropriate.
What if I don’t have receipts from builder, but I have bank statements.
Attach bank statement as a proof of payment. Also, share all your payments as a note to the RP so that it is easy for him to locate the entries in the statement. Refer to the attached samples.
What happens after I submit my claim
You will receive acknowledgement from RP. After that you will also get intimation about your claim admission details as appropriate based on scrutiny by RP. Due to volume of claims being submitted, allow few days for RP to respond. But if you feel time taken is longer, then you should put a follow-up mail to RP with copy to AR.
